Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary Uttarakhand

देश की यह एक ऐसी अकेली वाइल्ड लाइफ सेंचुरी Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary है जहां 62 किलोमीटर से अधिक के ट्रैकिंग रूट्स हैं। यहां 200 से अधिक बर्ड्स की स्पीशीज species देखी गई हैं इस जगह का अपना समृद्ध इतिहास रहा है 11वीं से 18वीं सदी तक कुमाऊँ के चंद राजा गर्मियों में यहां रहना पसंद करते थे। सन 1880 में इसे रिजर्व फॉरेस्ट घोषित किया गया था। उसके लगभग 100 वर्ष पश्चात सन 1988 में यहां वाइल्ड लाइफ सेंचुरी एस्टेब्लिश हुई। उद्देश्य था – मध्य हिमालय क्षेत्र में कम होती जा, रही चौड़ी पत्ती वाली ओक ट्रीज Oak Trees को संरक्षित करना।

साथ ही बिनसर में अनेकों दुर्लभ वृक्षों, औषधियों, पक्षियों और वन्य जीवों का आवास है। शांत और सुरम्य स्थान बिनसर उत्तराखंड में कुमाऊँ के सबसे सुंदर स्थानों में से एक माना जाता है। हमने पॉपकॉर्न ट्रिप की इस यात्रा में सर्दियों की शुरुआत में, बिनसर रिज़र्व फॉरेस्ट को एक्सप्लोर किया।

यह दुनिया जितनी मनुष्यों की है उतना ही वन्य जीवों, पक्षियों, वनस्पतियों आदि की भी है। लेकिन मानव अपनी आधुनिक जीवन शैली के कारण प्रकृति और इकोसिस्टम को संरक्षित करने की सामान्यतया परवाह नहीं करते, या ध्यान नहीं दे पाते, तब मानवों द्वारा ही इन्हें संरक्षित करने के लिए रिजर्व फॉरेस्ट को तैयार करने की जरूरत समझी गई, और इस अवधारणा पर बना एक स्थान कुमाऊ के हृदय स्थल अल्मोड़ा में स्थित है।

बिनसर कैसे पहुंचे?
बिनसर वाइल्डलाइफ सैंक्चुरी तक पहुंचने के लिए नजदीकी प्रमुख बस स्टेशन बिनसर सैंक्चुरी के गेट से लगभग 17 किलोमीटर दूर अल्मोड़ा मे है। नजदीकी रेलवे स्टेशन, काठगोदाम 110 किमी एवं नजदीकी एयरपोर्ट पंतनगर 144 किलोमीटर दूर है। काठगोदाम और उससे लगे शहर हल्द्वानी से अल्मोड़ा के लिए नियमित अंतराल में बस और टैक्सी मिलती हैं। इसके बाद अल्मोड़ा से बिनसर सैंक्चुरी पहुंचने के लिए टैक्सी या बाइक हायर की जा सकती है। हल्द्वानी या काठगोदाम से बिनसर तक का रूट खूबसूरत प्राकृतिक दृश्यों से घिरा है।

अल्मोड़ा के बाद बिनसर की ओर आते हुए प्रकृति का वैभव और भी खुशनुमा एहसास से भर देता है।

अयारपानी में बिंसर सेंचुरी के गेट से लगभग 1 किलोमीटर पूर्व गैराड़ में जंगल के मध्य में गोलू देव का भव्य और दिव्य मंदिर स्थित है, जिन पर क्षेत्रवासियों की गहन आस्था है। स्थानीय लोगों की मान्यता है कि इन जंगलों में डाना गोलू देव यानी पहाड़ियों में रहने वाले गोलू देवता भी निवास करते
हैं। जो वन संपदा पशुओं और मनुष्यों की रक्षा करते हैं।

बिनसर सेंचुरी के गेट से प्रवेश करते हुए चढ़ाई मिलने के साथ आरंभ में चीड़ के वृक्ष नजर आते हैं। और साथ ही शीतल नर्म ताजी हवा सैंक्चुरी के अंदर आते हुए उमंग भर देती है। इस रास्ते में आगे बढ़ने के साथ चीड़ के वृक्षों की जगह चौड़ी पत्ती वाले घने वृक्ष ले लेते हैं।

वाइल्ड लाइफ सेंचुरी के बीच से गुजरती यह सड़क सँकरी है, और फॉरेस्ट क्षेत्र होने के कारण रफ भी। मोड़ों से भरी और कहीं-कहीं ज्यादा ही ऊबड़-खाबड़ सड़क में ड्राइविंग के लिए भी

थोड़ा कुशलता की आवश्यकता होती है। बरसात में इस सड़क में फिसलन भरी मिट्टी और गड्ढों में वाहनों को इस सड़क से आगे जाने में समस्या हो सकती है।

Filmstar Victor Banerjee lives in Mussoorie, and the late filmstar Tom Alter was born and raised there. In the past, filmstar Prem Nath had a house in Mussoorie, and Dev Anand’s son studied at Woodstock school. Bageshwar

Situated at an elevation of 1004 meters above sea level, Bageshwar is a city known for its beautiful convergence of Saryu and Gomati rivers. The city is adorned with numerous temples dedicated to various Gods and Goddesses, which are located in close proximity. Bageshwar is surrounded by majestic mountains like Bhileshwar and Nileshwar on the eastern and western sides, while Suraj Kund and Agni Kund mark the northern and southern boundaries.

Located at a distance of 470 km from New Delhi and 332 km from the State Capital Dehradun, Bageshwar is famous for its picturesque beauty, glaciers, rivers, and temples. It serves as the administrative headquarters of Bageshwar district and was once a prominent market for trade between Tibet and Kumaun, frequented by Bhotia traders who bartered Tibetan wares for local produce.

Bageshwar holds significant religious, historic, and political importance. It is mentioned in various puranas as being associated with Lord Shiva. The annual Uttarayani fair, which was once the largest fair in the Kumaon division and visited by around 15,000 people in the first half of the twentieth century, became the epicenter of the Coolie Begar Movement in January 1921.

According to the Shiva Purana’s Manaskhand, Bagnath Temple and the surrounding city were built by Chandeesh, a servant of Lord Shiva. Another Hindu legend states that Sage Markandeya worshiped Lord Shiva in Bageshwar, and Lord Shiva blessed him by appearing in the form of a tiger.

चार धाम यात्रा शुरू होने वाली है, इसके लिए उत्तराखण्ड सरकार ने भी तैयारियाँ की है, और कुछ निर्देश दिये है, जिन्हें यात्रा शुरू करने से पूर्व जानना ज़रूरी है। इस लेख में बात करेंगे आपको अपनी यात्रा में क्या सावधानियाँ रखनी है।

पर्यटक पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया में कोई शुल्क शामिल नहीं है। चारधाम और हेमकुंड साहिब यात्रा के दौरान वैध व्यक्तिगत पहचान पत्र साथ रखें।

ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण के तरीके

चारधाम यात्रा तीर्थस्थलों – यमुनोत्री, गंगोत्री, केदारनाथ, बद्रीनाथ और हेमकुंड साहिब की यात्रा से पहले श्रद्धालुओं को अपना पंजीकरण कराना जरूरी है। सुचारू यात्रा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए, उत्तराखंड सरकार ने दैनिक यात्रियों की संख्या की सीमा निर्धारित की है।इसलिए उत्तराखण्ड सरकार के संबंधित पोर्टल पर वैधता की जांच करें और पंजीकरण करें यहाँ पर क्लिक कर  यात्रा करने से पूर्व पंजीकरण पूरा करें।

स्वास्थ्य सलाह

उत्तराखंड में चार धाम यात्रा में पवित्र तीर्थ उच्च अक्षांश High Altitude पर स्थित हैं। इन सभी तीर्थस्थलों की यात्रा करने से तीर्थयात्रियों को अत्यधिक ठंड, कम आर्द्रता, बढ़ी हुई पराबैंगनी विकिरण और हवा और ऑक्सीजन के दबाव में कमी का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। उपरोक्त के आलोक में, आरामदायक और सुरक्षित यात्रा के लिए निम्नलिखित सलाह दी जाती है:

  • सभी तीर्थयात्रियों को पूरी तरह से स्वास्थ्य जांच कराने के बाद यात्रा के लिए आगे बढ़ना चाहिए।
  • पहले से मौजूद बीमारियों वाले लोगों को निर्धारित दवाओं की पर्याप्त आपूर्ति के साथ अपने संबंधित चिकित्सकों के संपर्क विवरण को साथ रखना चाहिए।
  • वरिष्ठ नागरिक, गंभीर बीमारी वाले, और जो लोग अतीत में कोविड-19 से पीड़ित थे, उन्हें ठीक होने तक तीर्थयात्रा स्थगित करने पर विचार करना चाहिए।
  • यात्रा कार्यक्रम में अंतिम तीर्थ स्थल पर पहुंचने से पहले कम से कम एक दिन का विश्राम शामिल होना चाहिए।
    कृपया पर्याप्त मात्रा में ऊनी/गर्म कपड़े साथ रखें।
  • ऊंचाई की यात्रा करते समय हृदय रोग, श्वसन संबंधी बीमारियों, मधुमेह और उच्च रक्तचाप से पीड़ित रोगियों को अतिरिक्त सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए।
  • यदि आप सिरदर्द, चक्कर आना, उनींदापन, सीने में जकड़न, मतली, उल्टी, खांसी, तेज सांस लेना और हृदय गति में वृद्धि जैसे लक्षण देखते हैं, तो कृपया तुरंत चिकित्सा सहायता लें या सहायता के लिए 104 और 108 हेल्पलाइन पर संपर्क करें
  • शराब और अन्य नशीले पदार्थों के सेवन से बचें और धूम्रपान से परहेज करें।
  • धूप से त्वचा की सुरक्षा के लिए एसपीएफ़ 50 वाला सनस्क्रीन इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।
  • आंखों को यूवी किरणों से बचाने के लिए सनग्लास का भी इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।
  • खुद को अच्छी तरह से हाइड्रेटेड रखें और खाली पेट यात्रा करने से बचें।
  • ट्रेकिंग/वॉकिंग के दौरान बार-बार ब्रेक लें।
  • अधिक ऊंचाई पर अधिक व्यायाम से बचें।
  • आपात स्थिति के मामले में, हेल्पलाइन नंबर 108 – राष्ट्रीय एम्बुलेंस
  • स्वास्थ्य सेवा हेतु 104- उत्तराखंड स्वास्थ्य हेल्पलाइन पर संपर्क किया जा सकता है।

करने योग्य:

  • अपने वाहन का रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाना अनिवार्य है।
  • चालक को वाहन में बैठे सभी यात्रियों की सूची रखनी चाहिए।
  • पहाड़ी रास्तों पर ऊपर जाने वाले वाहनों को पहले रास्ता दें।
  • वाहन चालक को वाहन के सभी वैध दस्तावेज रखने चाहिए, एक अतिरिक्त स्टेपनी रखनी चाहिए।
  • यात्रा करने से पहले आपको परिवहन कार्यालय से ग्रीन कार्ड प्राप्त करना होगा।
  • पहाड़ी रास्तों के मोड़ों पर हार्न जरूर बजाएं।
  • वाहन पार्क करते समय हैंड ब्रेक का प्रयोग अनिवार्य है। पार्किंग निर्धारित स्थान पर ही की जाए।
  • अपने साथ प्रूफ या स्कैन किया हुआ क्यूआर कोड रखें।

सावधानियाँ

  • पहाड़ की सड़कों पर सुबह 4 बजे से पहले और रात 10 बजे के बाद ड्राइव न करें।
  • सड़क के मोड़ पर ओवरटेक न करें।
  • नशे की हालत में वाहन न चलाएं।
  • वाहन के ऊपर बैठकर यात्रा न करें।
  • गंदे कपड़े और पॉलीबैग में कूड़ा न फेंके।
  • व्यावसायिक उद्देश्यों के लिए निजी वाहनों का उपयोग न करें।
