Kainchi Dham Nainital-Almoda is the famous religious site located on the street, which is associated with the Ashram of Neem Karoli Baba. According to the District Administration, it is about 9 kilometres from Bhawali and about 17 kilometres from Nainital. The name “Kainchi” is associated with two sharp hairpin turns of the road.
Getting there
Most travellers reach the roadway from Haldwani or Kathgodam. The District Administration tells about 43 kms from Kathgodam Railway Station. Real-time will depend on traffic, weather and road work.
